8 PARTY CHOICES:
1. Discovery Loves Babies Party - 1 year olds
Congratulations! Your child is having their first birthday. Come crawl,
wiggle, and giggle with us as we provide a world of wonder for your infant’s
first birthday. Guests must be under two. 45 minutes of activity and fun!
(This party does not include pizza.)
Each child must have a grown-up. $750 for 10 children
2. Gym for Tots Party - walking to 36 months
Based on our popular Gym for Tots class, Discovery Programs provides a birthday
extravaganza complete with games and surprises, all in our large, well-equipped
gym! Each child must be accompanied by a grown-up.
3. Music Dance & Storytime Party - 13 months to
36 months
Based on our beloved Music Dance & Storytime, children will have opportunities
to dance, play instruments and party!!!
4. Gymnastics Party - 3-14 years old
Swing on our bars and see how high you can jump on our trampoline! The sky
is the limit when your child experiences our dynamic gymnastics party!
5. PreBallet Party – 2 -5 years old
Come and twirl your tutu with us! Through stories, music, and games your
child will explore the ballet world like never before!
6. Happily Ever After Party 3-5 years old
Does your child love to pretend? They can play dress up with us and put
on their own show! Children’s inner princesses or knights come alive
and live Happily Ever After!
7. Dance Party – 5 -10 years old
Does your child love to move? Pick a genre - ballet, jazz or hip-hop - and
we will provide a boogie woogie good time!
8. Broadway Bound Party - 6-10 years old
Experience the great white way with our Broadway Bound Party. We will provide
high energy and sometimes silly theater games and have everyone singing
and dancing. Your child will leave as a star
PARTY RATES:
For all parties except Discovery Loves Babies, the rates are:
• $795 for 12 children (Friday)
• $895 for 12 children (Sunday)
• $20 for each additional child up to 24
** 2 hour parties also available.**
$100 extra for Friday parties
$150 extra for Sunday parties
BIRTHDAY RESERVATION FAQs:
1. How do I arrange a birthday party?
Please contact Renee Pena at 212-749-8717 or email her at renee@discoveryprograms.
Party times fill up quickly, so please book as early as possible.
2. At what age is a child counted as part of the birthday package?
Any child one or over is considered a guest. The one exception is Discovery
Loves Babies in which all guests must be under the age of two.
3. Do you require a deposit?
A deposit of $300 confirms a party reservation.
4. What is your cancellation policy for Birthday Parties?
Once a birthday party has been confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable.
5. What if I have more than 12 children?
For any additional child, the charge is $20 dollars.
6. What if I have to change the date?
There is a $50 fee to change the date of any birthday party once it is confirmed.
Rescheduling will depend on availability.
7. Do Discovery Programs students receive a discount?
Yes, they do. We offer a $40. discount for all currently enrolled students!
8. What if I could rent the space from you and we provide the entertainment?
We do not provide this service at this time.
9. What if adults want food and refreshments? The person responsible for payment, must pay any additional cost for food and refreshments.
10. What if you want to do Evite Invitation? Yes, we will gladly do it.
AVAILABLE DATES:
The schedule for available party times changes from one semester to the
other. Generally Friday afternoons from 12:00- 4:30 are available for Gymnastic
Parties and Sundays from 10am- 5pm are available for all Parties. Call us
