Massage is a great addition to your toolbox of techniques to soothe and bond with your baby. This simple tool assists with sleep, colic, communication and relaxation. Practicing gentle massage with your baby will enhance circulation, help in expulsion of gas and aid the developing digestive system.

Join Jessica Shapley of MomSupport. org to answer questions like: What does a schedule even look like? My spouse comes home in the evening and riles up the baby.;.Is it OK to rock my baby to sleep? Should I put my baby on a schedule? How do I cut down on night-time feeding? Can I sleep with my baby? I feel guilty asking my partner to help at night. My baby is 3 months, can I still swaddle her? Your questions and opinions are welcome!

Great toddler fun! Join us for win-win games, stories, arts and crafts and healthy tasting tables. A noted photographer captures your princess, astronaut or Elmo as they enjoy performances by jugglers, musicians and puppeteers. And always, a few surprises!


NUTCRACKER SUITE PERFORMANCE
Sunday, December 12th, 2010
Performance Fee: $90.
Includes two tickets for all children participating in the performance.

A magical experience and moment to treasure! Discovery actors and dancers, ages 3-12, tell the story of the Nutcracker Suite. On stage and in costume they perform before a very appreciative audience and have the time of their lives! Early registration strongly recommended. The children are costumed for the performance only in special Nutcracker costumes. Additional tickets are available at $10 each (limit of 4 per family total)

Celebrate spring with an original, creative performance choreographed by Discovery’s dance faculty expressly for your children. Students 3-12 yrs. are invited to join.
