Khris Wilson

Gymnastics Coach

Khris Wilson grew up in a very small town of Virginia. He started gymnastics in his own backyard making his own equipment. He eventually started at an all girl program and later did high school gymnastics and club gymnastics. Khris has been teaching since the age of fifteen. He has taught state, regional and national champions all while practicing his philosophy of coaching- future happiness comes from present happiness. He would much rather a gymnast look back with memories of good times and leaving the sport satisfied with their own results or accomplishments instead of producing gymnasts for a gym’s reputation and leaving the sport with injuries and remorse.
